325 2002 model automatic stalled 3 times since new/Car locks not work?black on pants

2002 325i BMW 6000 miles only, this car just likes to stall in mid- Los Angeles busy traffic..Pulled out from parking space and 6 feet into busy lane of traffic-stopped cold--any thoughts??? Last time in parking garage went 30 feet then stopped dead. another time out of parking into wild traffic- stopped flat out.

>>Also fed up with keys that won't open the doors-as if the battery was dead--sometimes I have to balance my baby, crawl across to open her door from inside- dealer said it was a key charging problem-they did nothing-- but still a mega problem as single mom!

>>Last is the black leather interior- since new- it comes off on all clothes under dash and knees of pants-- they are ruined as deep stains--what is solutions
Our 97 BMW has black leather- no problems on this one...

thanks for Urgent help on stall advice!!
