2002 Sport Trac four wheel drive issue

My four wheel drive just happens to not work now. It has the shift-on-the-fly knob. I turn it, and it wont "click" on; and the 4x4 lights wont turn on. The 4x4 motor unit is plugged in, and i hope that's not the problem. Any insight?! Also, does anyone have the wiring diagrams for the fuse blocks and relays for the four wheel drive...or better yet do you know the block number of the relay and/or fuse?

I am having the same problem. I took the shift control motor off and cleaned it up and tested it. The motor works fine. I took the switch out of the dash and went thru the postions and I got some confusing readings. I stoppped by the dealer and they let me copy off the pages for the 4x4 stuff in the service manual. I need to go have the codes read before procedding. Did you ever resolve your problem?
