tranny clunk
I have a 92 chevy silverado truck 350, its a manuel tranny. When I am stopped and let the clutch out every once and while i will get a clunk it seems like it is just infront of the shifter somewhere under neith. any suggestions would be great. thanks

Re: tranny clunk
Maybe a broken/loose trans mount, maybe a broken motor mount, I had an 88 with the 350 in it and it kept eating the motor mounts till i filled the voids on the sides with silicone. One thing you could try doing is get a friend and have them sit in the truck, put it in first gear and slowly let the clutch out and in repeatedly while you watch under the truck to see if you can see anything moving.
