All you should need is the Twain 32 drivers and a program that allows you to capture pictures from any source.

If you've got the TWAIN 32 installed then all you need to do is find a graphics program to scan the image into.
Try Mircosoft photo paint or Photoshop or paintshop etc, and if you get really desperate use word. Under the File or Edit menu there will be an option to either import or to scan. Cick it, and use TWAIN 32 if it ask's. The rest is pretty simple, just follow the instructions in the TWAIN, the function of each button will pop up if you hold the mouse over it. You need to set the resolution, (leave it as defult to begine with) and do a preview scan first to set the area to be scanned. Then scan away. There are simple programs out there that just let you hit a scan button and it doesn the rest, but I dont like any of them, and find scanning straight into an image editing program is far better and easier.

As soon as you get your scanner up and running, Download Adobe Activeshare from activeshare.com. From there you can scan your pictures, trim them to size, and save them in albums they give you. :sun:
