hey there, i have been all over the place trying to get a shop to take off the u-bend. but everyone wants about 75 to 80, does this sound right and plus they said the check engine will come on... the sad thing is they have no idea what im talking about " u-bend " can anyone help me with this im not trying to do this if the check engine light is going to come on, i just dont know how they know this when they dont even know what a U-BEND is lol

my local shop charged me $40. I did also have to explain what it was and where it was. He was amazed that it netted 5hp and 2 mpg gains.

is it true about the check engine light though?
all it is is a straight pipe welded to the cat and the muffler with a spot for the O2 sensor right? |
