What is the best Cat-Back Exhaust for an 01' Ext. Cab 4x4 4.7

I mainly interest in more torque/fuel economy. I don't want an extremely obnoxious loud set-up. However, a deeper throatier sound would be nice. I'm indifferent about going dual or keeping it single. My truck has the tow package on it and some dual set-ups don't work well with the hitch. I'm currently looking at a gibson set up....is this a bad idea? Any ideas are appreciated.
