Rotor--Recommendation

Hi Could anyone recommend good reasonable rotors for a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo Sport 4x4 3.2L which has disk brakes on front and back? I was looking at the drilled/slotted ones but the regular ones would be ok too. Anyone selling any? Thanks Brian

I got a quote from St Charles Isuzu for $98 each for the rotors, and $46 for the pads. Everyone on here recomends staying with the oem equipment, so that is what I am sticking with, great performance and very very long lasting.

Are the factory rotors shot already? Factory rotors typically last a LONG time on rodeos. Like 100Kmi+, and can handle being turned. If you need to replace them, I wouldn't necessarily go OEM for rotors, but price NAPA & carquest first. If they are the same $$ as OEM, then go OEM thru St.Charles or the likes. Keep in mind that you will have to do a full front wheel bearing service on your 2001, as you will have to pull the hubs apart to remove the front rotors.

I just purchased my Rodeo Sport and checked the brakes and found out that they were pretty bad and never checked or changed before. The brakes were basicly gone and they chewed up the rotors. The one set of rear brakes were totally missing.

Thanks Joel for the information... My Rodeo Sport only has about 44,000 miles on it but the previous owner never checked or changed the brakes before and left them grind to nothing and chewed up the rotors pretty bad.

I'm happy with the OEM Rotors and pads. I have 133k miles + on them and still have pad left and the rotors have no grooving or have worn down.
