I had the pleasure of meeting both Heather and Adam yesterday at the Adam's Polishes HQ in Torrance Ca. They are professional, polite and genuine people. The organization is truly committed to making Adam's simply the best-run business. Their products speak for themselves. The customer service is absolutely oustanding! They simply treat people as they wish to be treated and it shows in all they touch. There is also an intangible feeling of positive energy you get from walking inside the facilities. Whether it is hearing Heather assist a customer, or the busy people in the back picking, packing and shipping, or seeing Adam himself, making it all happen, the energy is infectious. If their product has something that the chemist cannot place in the bottle to make it work so great, it is this energy which comes directly from the magic Adam, Heather and the rest of the personnel, bring every day to the business.

I would like to thank them again publicly for the invitation to visit and the subsequent tremendous afternoon at Adam's Premium Car Care Products headquarters.
