whoa there...
1) check the faqs 2) search this forum... type in "turbo" or "ka-t" and you'll probably get 200 pages on just that... no kidding style...

actually since he's asking about a 91 there might not be as much help
i believe the kits are for OBDII, try looking to ka-t.org, also do a search i think there are a few people who sourced things to make there own kit
