2.4 liter DOHC

Does anyone know of any cheap but pretty decent upgrades to the 2.4 liter engine. such as a cold air intake. and how much more power would you say that you get from a cold air versus standard? Thanks

thats the same engine thats in the 1999 cav z24, i managed to get a cold air intake mickey moused into it, which helped alot, but i later found that haveing changed to a k&n cone air intake system was MUCH eaiser and produced almost the same results, i also suggest changeing your exhaust system.....ANY 1 YOU CHOOSE is better then the standard. but my preference is a borla catback system, alittle more pricey, but looks sweet and worth every penny. also are you looking for just performance or looks too?

Even a maganflow exost will work. thats what i have. I think they make a supercharger for that engine. just know you will need dish pistens for it, or it will not work right. just a thought.

How much does the magnaflow cost? Do you have a part #?
