G35 Navigation System Conversion - Please help if you can!!
Hey,
I am looking at getting a G35 coupe with nav system (2003). Does anyone know if there is a hack or conversion process to play DVD movies from the glove box stored DVD unit? I have looked everywhere on the net to no avail! Any help you can provide would be appreciated... Thank you!

Search a little more through the various strings here on AMF.com. The question has been answered before, but I don't know off hand. I also have a nav g35 coming and am interested in the conversion. I will try to find it too, but it is out there.

There definitely is a kit out there because I am getting one installed on my 2005 G35 Coupe 6MT. It converts the DVD onto the navi screen and also leaves open areas for camera plug-ins. I would go to a stereo place and ask them about the kit and then you can search online for it with that given information. Good luck finding it! Damn...I just got a '03 Coupe MT and that was one of the first questions that came to mind...."is there a way to play DVD's on the Nav. Sys. player?"
