Question

Malfunction Indicator Light

Hi there
I have a 2001 Passat GLS 1.8 Turbo. I was driving tonight when the MLI went on and a mesg light up EMISSION WORKSHOP. Does anyone know what this means?

You need to have it checked for trouble codes, any Advanced Auto Parts or Autozone type chain can read them for free.
