1998 3100 SFI Malibu COLD AIR INTAKE!!!
first of all is it true that you can buy a COLD AIR INTAKE for the 3100 SFI motor for the malibu?
also how do you custom make one? people say they have one but I dont find them on the web or how to make one! PLEASE HELP!

Its very easy to make your own intake. All you have to buy is some aluminum piping, which can be found in jegs or another parts catalog(shouldn't be hard to find) And some rubber connectors with metal sealing clamps. Just cut pipe to size. Also,speeddocter.com sells intakes for your year malibu.

if you dont mind paying $200 www.doctorspeed.com has a really nice cold air intake that you can install your self it even comes with a K&N filter (for the 3100 only)
