He should "accidently" fall onto the muzzle end of one of the guards gun. Or, I always say, they should throw a live grenade at him as he did to the others.

There's no defence for this offender.He betrayed his comrades,and the flag under which he was supposed to be fighting.

What he did was an act of war against his own. He should have been shot dead on the spot. If a war crimes tribuneral were to order his execution, this is one of the very few times that I would look the other way.

Can't agree with you here Twitch. He's not crazy. His actions show planning and forethought; he stole 7 grenades, then 1 hour later attacked when there were two officers present, one field grade, and injured 14 others. His statement after being arrested was that he had killed them for religious reasons.

He deserves what he gets, and no squeezing out of it on a section 8.

I truly don't care a hoot about this consequences of this event, but it would depend on the counsel as to what would be accepted by the court as insanity, temporary or otherwise. I would guess a skilled lawyer could do it. Maybe he could play the race card?
