Tire Size Question for 1968 Rally Sport

I have a 1968 Rally Sport that I need to purchase some new tires for.
Currenty I'm running some P245/60R14's all around the car on some alloy wheels. I would like to go to a little narrower tire that is also a little taller so I was thinking about going to some P225/70R14's. Just curious to know if anyone is running this size out there? If not what are you guys running that are still have 14 inch wheels? Thanks.
