305 tbi swap for a 350 tbi

I have a 305 tbi that has alot of miles on it. Still has power but smokes under acceleration. I am intrested in knowing what I am looking at in swapping it out for a 350?

search the forum, there is alot about this question if you look for it. Pretty much the only thing youre going to have to do is put on the larger throttle body and put in the PROM from a 350 equipped truck.

Does anybody have any recomendations on the swap?

Will I notice that much difference between the 305 and 350?

what about going with an older 350 with a carb asperated system ?

I need input.....I have about 1500 to spend....wanna get bang for buck?

i did this to my 90 rs, its easy. all you do is swap the engine, it will fit, and you will feel a difference if you build the engine up and get a holley 670 cfm tbi, and you will need a custom chip burned to run the car.
