Angry 1983 320i Idles rough.Runs bad!!

Got a 83 320i that acks like no accelarater pump. Runs fine from 2000 rpm to 4000rpm. idles rough, When warm hard starting,When you first get in it it fires right up then dies then you have to crank alot to get started. I'm a handy cap person that needs adice It's a cerry car passed down since new. Plus i need trasportation for medical appointments!!!

id guess it may also be the fuelpump...but then again the car shudnt start at first either
