Question Stalling

My 96 Tracker Standard Trans will, at times not too often, stall when I engage the clutch. It will keep stalling until I stop the car and shut the engine off, let it sit a moment then restart.
Any help?

Re: Stalling

Sounds like you have carbon build up on the IAC or throttle body. I would spray them with some carb cleaner. Good Luck
