no power when in gear

i have a 88 supra 7mgte motor that i just swaped. for some reason i have power when not in gear but when i put the car in gear i can floor the gas and i have no power at all. any sugections?

it moves. i need to tell you that the intercooler isnt connecting so its not boosting right now. is that normal?

Ding ding ding, you just answered your own question. The 7m runs on a MAF, that means the air is metered before the turbo and then after it you are dumping it back into the atmoshpere screwing up the computer calculations. Also power in neutral means nothing, it probably takes as little as 5-10hp to rev an engine.
