RX-7 noob info

Alright i have heard that when you got an RX-7 TT that say the 93095 models, that the engines dont seem to last past a thousand miles say some where around there you gotta replace the engine, plus if you get it stock, you have to v mount the radiator, replace gaskets and such, not to mention its hard to find a rotary mech.

Im looking to buy one, but the problem is i need a car that i cam run daily, and not have to worry about breaking down or dying, or costing me a torso to repair..

Any insight would be appreicated.
