2000 Chevy Blazer Oil Change ?

I can't seem to find the drain plug? It's a 2wd model with the 4.3 I can find the oil filter just fine right above the oil filter connection there is a silver bolt in a black case which looks like the oil pan? It's my moms car and I'm just tryin to help her out real quick...

The oil pan is the lowest part of the engine. The drain plug is a few inches below and in line with the oil filter.
