Heated Seat problem

Both the back and seat are not working. I thought this was a little strange, I would think that if it was an element, it would be one. The light on the switch still looks like it wants to work. I am hoping it is something simple. Any ideas?

Try starting with a fuse. If its not that the switch could be bad or the heading units themselves are bad.
