Need help with turbo cams for b16a gen-I

Hi there,
i have installed the skunk2 turbo cams on my b16a generation 1
now i have to set the cam timing....
should i just set it up where it was before ????
like on the stock cam gear marks ?????
or do i need to ??? buy adjustable cam gears and advance or retire my timings ????
and i also need to know the vavle clearence of the same engine...
keeping in mind that i dual springs and titanium retainer and skunk2 valves in the head...
and also... i bought a skunk2 intake manifold for my car which fit perfect
and an edel brock 65mm throtle body.... for the same engine as well..
but they sent me the tb for b18c (GSR i believe)..... it fits alright on the intake manifold but i am having issues hooking up my accelerator cable ???? any suggestions ?????

thanks a zillion in advance ppl ///

set cam gears to 0 degrees, and use stock valve clearence unless they said something else with the cams
