S80 Speakers are lousy!
We bought a 2000 S80 which is beautiful but the so-called impressive stereo system is lousy, at best. We've brought it back to the dealer a few times and of course they can't find anything. It has between 8-12 speakers and usually you can only hear 2 or 3 of them.
Any ideas??

that is interesting because my mom has an 01 s80 t6 (not sure if they have an upgraded sound system in the t6), but the many times ive driven it, i was pretty impressed w/ the overall sound, especially from the horrible speakers they put in 97 grand prix's. The main problem i have is the overpowering bass rattling all the crap my mom has stashed in her car.
Did you buy this car new or used?? Maybe the speakers are blown?? It would be a very time consuming project to try to figure out whats wrong though, good luck.
