Help fixing hatch motor wiring

Hi,
I need some help to re-wire my hatch motor assembly, I bought some new wiring because the the old stuff had been cut off at the switch which is attached to the latch.
Below is a picture of whats there, with my queries labelled A,B & C:

A: has 4 wires (White, Brown, Blue & Orange) coming from a plug which can't seem to find anywhere to plug into...
B: Is just a single white wire which again, doesn't seem to have a corresponding plug in the vicinity
C: is 2 brown & white wires that go straight to the motor, these turn into a blue & brown wire further down (en-route round the side panel in the back of the car) so I assume they have been spliced some time in the past.
Pic:

If anyone knows how I can fix this so I don't have to jump on my hatch lid to close it anymore please post some advise, cheers ppl.

I would start by getting a Haynes or Chilton's manual for the car and look at the wiring diagram. whoever fubar'd the wiring might have cut some wires that needed to be there not knowing what they went to. The wiring diagram will help you figure out which wires are missing and what they are supposed to connect to.

I agree, you will spend countless wasted hours or days trying to figure out that wiring, get a manual and it will explain it for ya.
