Same question.. different year....

Hey everyone. I am a bit of a newbie here, but I am getting a 1995 Escort LX 3 doors with a 5=speed. Seeing as I just sold my 1998 Z28 I need to have a little speed on this car. I was wondering if there are any suggestions as to intake and exhaust. Thanks for nay help.
