2001 Cavalier inertia switch location.

Replaced fuel pump, relay under hood and fues in drivers side dash panel, still no start, turns over real fast, fires with Hot Start Older Cavaliers have a Fuel Pump test conecter under hood, do i have one and were is it located, also manual (1995) shows it wired to oil sending unit. No hum or sound from tank area. Removed supply line from filter at tank, key on no fuel flow. What else to check if any. Car is stock. Fuel tank shows 1/2+ level. Please help, car down for 3 weeks.
Is there a Inertia or fuel shut/off switch, and were would it be located.
