Programming remote for 95 Toyota Avalon

[FONT=microsoft sans serif]I just wanted to know if the instructions for programming a remote for keyless entry is the same for a 1995 as for a 1996? There is a thread on here for a 1996, but I have a 1995. Would it be the same? Thanks for any help you can give me on this![/font]

Don't know if those specific years used the same exact sequence, but you could just try it and see--should either work or not, but shouldn't do any damage to the keys if it doesn't.

If you can't get it to work or find the procedure, you can always go to techinfo.toyota.com and sign up for a $10 24-hour subscription. You can download all the info you want on your model year or any other toyota. The info you'll want is under Body Electrical. If you do your own work, I recommend you spend a few hours on the site and get as much as you can.
