Slow Geo Prizm 1996

In a nutshell, i have a geo prizm 1996.
I did a 0-60 on flat road, turned up as 15seconds.

tells me a 1993 can do it in 10sec.

My question: Possible problem, or yeah this is just not the car for speed, and 15sec sounds fine?

my car is automatic, 55k miles, new tires, begging for a little assistance.

the car isn't for speed but ya 15 secs is really slow so you may have a problem.
