exhaust
aight i have an 89 rs 305tbi and im upgrading to a stroker motor...the thing is i want true dual exhaust...summit has a kit but i need to know will it bolt up or is there gonna be any modification to the underside of my car

the kit from summit, I believe, is intended for models that came with true dual from the factory. The floorpan of yours is different preventing a simple bolt on true dual exhaust. however someone I know has an 89 RS with true duals, which was done by pounding the other side of the floor pan with a hammer to make it fit. I'm sure there was more to it, and his car also sits a bit higher than normal. I'll see what more info i can find and i'll get back to you.
