94 Bravada, thump while turning

I have a 94 Bravada that runs great, everything works on it, except fr one strange thing. Itseems that whenever I turn without making a stop and then turning, my car seems to thump and lurch forward just a little when I accelerate. It is hardly noticeable, but I've heard similar stories about hubs, and bearings and what not. Anybody know what this is?

I'm gonna guess if you feel it in the streering wheel, it'll be front end parts. If you feel it in the seat, it'll likely be the limited slip clutches in the rear differential snapping and not releasing smoothly indicating need for more limited slip differential lube additive available at your local auto parts house.

well, I don't feel it in the steering wheel, its kind of a whole car thing, though it does feel like it is coming from the rear.
