water filling up tail lights

so i was moving some stuff out of the back of my car and found a big puddle in the back of my crx. after checking out the sunroof drain lines i noticed that it was leaking from inbetween the body and the hatch seal. it hits the top of the tail lights and then fills them up and leaks into the car. any ideas on how to fix this? also one of my sunroof drain hoses connects to a connector that leads outside the car and one just sits inside the body and theres a cap on the outside where the drain is for the other one. ill take some pictures tommorow when its light. hope i can get some help.

take the taillights off the car and drill small holes through the bottom of the lights into each section, the water will drain through these holes. I did it last year and havnt had a problem since.
