I have been fortunate to own at different times an NSX, Ferrari 355 F1 and a Lotus Esprit V8 in that order. By far the most fun to drive has been the Lotus. It is definitely the quickest and most exotic looking.
My Lotus has a factory Red Race ECU which adds an additional 100 hp., stainless steel high flow cats and 12 psi wastegates instead of the factory 9 psi wastegates. The car will light up the wheels in first, second and third gears without trying. You can't get that in the other two.
Has anyone out there modified their Lotus Esprit?
