I have the $$$$$ what to do with my 1990 Probe LX V6...
I have some cash and I have a stock '90 Ford Probe LX with the V6. Now I was thinking of putting some turbo, cool air, exhaust system, already have a system in it. Will 18" rims fit on my car or do I have to get 17's??? what else should i get i want it to be fast to beat my brothers car. he has a few mods in a RX7 i can keep with him but can get bye him. HELP ME??????

Personally if you had the $$$ i get a swap, the 3.0 from the SHO out of the Taurus, Puts out 220Hp. Probably beat him or you could turbo that and your laughing.

go with the klze engine swap def. if you really want to beet him and u have the money, go for a T3/T4 turbo. you'll need to get an intercooler and i'm not sure about the 1st gen. probes but the 2nd gen u need to get forged internals. if you could boar out your cylenders and get aluminum pistons that would be a plus. and if you just want to plain out whoop his ass, just get NOS. Zex has a nice kit for about $500. good luck in whoopin that rx-7, i fuckin hate those things.

u can't swap the second generation v6 into the first generation.
