Tire size

I just bought a '94 wrangler, and was wondering what is the biggest, hight and width tire that will work without a lift on a stock wrangler???
thanx for any help.

Re: Tire size

A 30/9.5 tire would not be likely to interfere on a stock Jeep.

My JGC had a set of 31/10.5's on it when we first took it for a test drive and they would rub on tight turns.

The standing height on the MT-R's is 29.7 so that would give you more than an inch of height over the stock tires.

Some one else might have had more success with larger tires but they may have gone to wheel/hub spacers to get clearance and that works the wheel bearings harder.
