Question Intermittent problem

I have an '03 TrailBlazer LT EXT. I've owned it since January & this problem has occured several times. On ocassion when I want to use the rear wiper or the rear defrost and they won't work. If turn the vehicle off & then restart it they will work. I had it happen to the 4WD this past weekend. The light on the selector wasn't on & I tried switching to 4WD nothing happened. After it sat for a while the light came back on when I started it again. I've had it back to the dealer about the wiper & defroster and they said it was the body control module flashing & it shouldn't happen again. They said they can't replace it unless it becomes more frequent. Anyone else experience this?

Hi..I'm having the same issue with the 4WD switch. Did your dealer fix this problem? If so, what did they do..Thanks

Yep..I'm having the same problem with my rear wiper...haven't been to the dealer yet. Due for an oil change in a month or so and I'll address it then.

My TB had the 4WD switch problem. The dealer replaced the switch (twice) and now it's been solid.
