Blowing Smoke!!!

My 95' Vw passat, had and idle problem and i had to glue the piece that the PCV conncects to (plastic round looking valve) its is idling normal now, but their is mucho smoke blowing from tail pipe,+ i saw oil all around the intake and throttle body? any ideas on the problem.

How many miles? Is the oil diluted or overfilled?

140, and no oil is at corect level. Any common seals go at 140k and how $$ (any ideas)?

Disconnect the engine breather (PCV) from the air intake & see if the smoking stops.

fixed it, for now. Their was a large crack in a plastic vacume hose that hook up to the main air intake right before TB. and put some Smoke B gone. it seems to be going ok now.
