Differences between GT and GT-S??

This might have been talked about before but I have searched a little and only found a little info on the differences between the 2 cars. I would like to know the exact differences between these 2? A friend of mine is looking to get a Celica but doesn't plan to races it hard or anything and is trying to decide which is better for her needs. So if people could post the differences that would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance
