Re: good cams

2.2L or 2.4L?
the 2.4L secret cam swap is just swapping the exhaust cam from a HO 2.3L into the 2.4L, the intake cam won't work due to the power steering unit.
the 2.2L has no aftermarket cams, ratio rockers are the way to go, and you can also get roller tip rocker arms.
Oh, and the secret cam thing is just a waste (IMO) without the HO mani and a header, the swap promotes higher flow, so a less restrictive intake and exhaust system are also a good idea.
IF you happen to own a 95 sunfire, I suggest a swap to the 2.3L HO, stock you'll have 180hp, and with the chip you need to make the conversion work, you'll be at 200hp, then add your bolt ons. I'm at around 220hp to the wheels, and I still need a header (in the works)

Edit, Go to Mantapart.com, and you can get performance cams for the 2.2L. well, I guess that proves I'm human, darn (LOL)
