how should i lower my 86 box caprice?????

i just bough an 86 caprice with 39,000 orig miles for 99 dollars from a major dealership,, they had in the ad that they were going to sell cars for 99 dollars so i got there early and drove it home,, drive great runs great, . i though about lowering it if it can be done cheaply,, let me know!!!!!
