Yes it is.. you could buy the Siemens VDO CD500 player which fits exactly as you need (390€ in Italy). Other models can be used too, but you have to buy a special cable interface to let your player "talk" with the steering wheel commands. In this case though, the display is the player's one, and not the dash display...
