Thumbs down charcoal canister....

i have a 93 eclipse gs. my charcoal canister has a hole in it...anybody know where i can get one for a good price.....thanks

what about some of that stuff that fell out....and will my check engine light go back off when i fix it?

how much fell out?.... as for your CEL.. disconnect the negative from your battery for at least 10 minutes to reset the ecu... if it comes back on go to an autozone or the like and find out what the CEL's code is... post it here and someone will be able to tell ya what it means...
Not sure which years this works on but you can turn your ignition on-off-on-off-on and the CEL light should flash out a code... again not sure which years and models this works on...

Is it hard to remove the charcoal canister? I dont have to worry about emisions.

Why do you have the canister any way the only reason you should have one is if you have a cyclone manifold. Unless you are talking about the brake fluid but i dont think that is gray.

Ummm... negative. Just about all DSMs come from the factory with a charcoal canister because it's used for emissions control. There are ways to completely get rid of the emissions crap, including the charcoal canister. I think www.taboospeedshop.com has a nice diagram of what should be removed.

Emissions really dont matter in Alberta. I love it. I don't need a Cat or anything!!!
