ford lightning head swap

ok i was wondering if you can swap a 4v cobra head into the lightning 5.4l block? will there be awfull drawbacks like knock? will it bolt right on?

They will bolt right on, but you need different front cover bolts and a different timing chain, and the blower will not fit the 4V heads.
