car pulls to the right
i have a 95 honda civic ex with 17" wheels on it. i have had both cv joints replaced but have this strange breaking sound when i back outta my drive way with the wheels turnd on one side. It also pulls ALOT to that side when im driving especially when my tires catch a groove in the road. What is wrong, i dont know much about cars so do i need shocks or springs? HELP
