Looking at buying a camaro...

...and the guy claims he put 2 grand in the system. I can't tell offhand what kind of system it is from the pics, other than that it's mostly Audiobahn... (which doesn't sound good). I thought mabye you guys with your expertise might be able to tell more. I've never seen them in person, just have these pix:

And I would be extremely suprised if anyone could tell what kind of deck this was from the pic.

I'm thinking Panasonic... I'm thinkin the whole thing wasnt two grand as well. But I can bet the Audiobahn amp lights up in lots of pretty colors.

Re: Looking at buying a camaro...

Agreed. But there is some value because of the way it's set up, fully carpeted and shit. But not much.

It prolly sounds like shit. I wouldn't pay anymore then an extra 400-500 for that system in a car if I were in your shoes.

Re: Looking at buying a camaro...

The system is really good, personally i like the system other than the mtx amp there (looks off), audiobahn makes really good equiptment youd be suprised. Its worth the 2k especially with all the box work done that stuff aint cheap to have done.
Audiobahn rates with Kicker Solobarics top of the line stuff.

And for the Deck it looks like a 100 dollar crappy deck.

AS for the car i prob wouldn't just b/c its an auto.

Re: Looking at buying a camaro...

hmm, i like the install, but I sure as hell wouln't have gone audiobahn...I also think it will sound like utter shit compared to your current system........What year is the car, also, does it have the 3.8L, the LT1 or the LS1????

Later

-Ryan

P.S. I think it is a panasonic deck, from what I can see, it looks just like mine....
