cruising control problem

2001, 66k
the cruising control can be set at first time of today's driving
but it only lasted for 5 mins, and the car slowered down then w/o a touch on the brake pad...
tried several times, the cruising control system then stopped working at all
anybody one knows what happened? and has any sug. on what i shall do?

I had a problem with my Ferenza , turned out that the vacuum hose going to the MAP sensor was collapsing from being weak. Replaced and OK now.
