With hot wheels you're gonna have to do some cutting. Give us exactly what car you want to lower and we may be able to help you out more specifically.

Re: Lowering Hot Wheels Cars

Depends on the car. If it has a portion in the plastic chassis you can cut out, then just get an exacto and trim out some of the plastic. That will lower it. If not, good luck.

Re: Re: Lowering Hot Wheels Cars

I'm not exactly sure what the setup is like, can you disasemble the car and get some pictures? Anyone else have this car? I can' help you if I know how the wheels are held in there.

Re: Lowering Hot Wheels Cars

Heh, the wonderful process of lowering HotWheels cars, heh, alright, I should make a tutorial about this one later, alright, what I do is, I just cut the entire skewer where the spindle screws to the frame, then I drill a small hole where it used to be, then attach a spring along with a small little rod (to guide it up and down with out shimmy'ing around too much) then glue the spring to the axle and the chassis, then from there, you can use any axle/wheel combo you want as long as it still fits.
Tutorial to come.
