tranny compatibility
I'm wondering if the 2.3 and the 2.5 use the same tranny?
I'm slowly upgrading my mx3, and love the idea of using a 2.3. I recently acquired a 5-spd tranny and components for my v6 mx3 (bad auto tranny), and a 2.3 looks like it'd be a great choice for my needs. The tranny for the 1.8 mates fine with the 2.5, but must be a manual tranny, but, what about the 2.3? If anyone can answer this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
