Windstar Cargo Van

I'm looking at buying one off of ebay, does anyone know if the cargo vans have the seat hook ups underneath the rubber cargo mat, or where they left out all together in the cargo vans? Just hoping someday if I want to throw in a seat, I can.

Any of the ones i've seen (1999+) have all the mounts in place. As far as I can see, the cargo vans are just a basic 'LX' with all the rear interior removed.
