Re: tranny boost

the transmission should hold just fine till around 250WHP. But if you are bootsted, id really suggest a B&M Shiftplus kit.

Re: tranny boost

sorry, B&M doesnt make a shift kit directly for the 4 SPD auto trans for cavaliers/sunfires/aleros. But there is a kit that works just fine with it, hooks up exactly the same.

The kit number you want is #70380

just follow the directions that come with the kit and it will work fine.

Re: tranny boost

its the same thing as B&M Shiftplus. Only it cost about 130 bucks, and is easier to install. YOu just plug in into your trans. Also with this you can adjust the pressure alot more, but you have to open the hood to do so.

Re: tranny boost

yeah but price is what gets most people, 130 bucks or 40 bucks? Does the same thing, and the splicing isnt hard, all you do is use a wire tap. Takes 5 minutes to install.
